PhysioMedics have received circa £200k in grant / state aid support funding via innovation, R&D, Investor readiness and several other support instruments in the last 3 years. Vivolution were contracted to help shape the business for future growth, investment and engagement with commercial opportunities.
Solution:
In the last 12 months, PhysioMedics have secured £1m in equity funding in 2 rounds with latest post money valuation in excess of £2.2m. Led by Archangels and supported by both Scottish Investment Bank and the BioCity Group Investment Fund with additional private high net worth individuals introduced via Vivolution and syndicated via Archangels. Mark Roger was pivotal and directly responsible for the engagement, investment strategy and securing the relationships and funding from all parties in both rounds; supported by Stuart and Co and Scott Moncrieff.
Results:
The product has been completely redeveloped and re architected for future growth; board and extended team have been put in place and first commercial client (AXA PPP) has been secured.
