Ross HaworthRoss qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with Coopers and Lybrand in London. He then took up the position of corporate finance advisor with the Financial Services Authority within the international oil and gas industry. Since 2005, Ross has worked in the global health care sector, becoming Financial Director, Managing Director and then subsequently taking the role of General Manager for Medical Services for Northern Europe until April 2013. Ross now advises on strategic and structured finance, financial management and corporate governance.

Carey McEvoy and Mark ThomsonBoth Carey and Mark have worked in and around large corporates, SMEs and start-ups and across a variety of sectors, for several years. Mark and Carey met as senior consultants with London-based innovation firm Market Gravity (now part of Deloitte), creating innovative and disruptive propositions for large corporate clients.

He is the gatekeeper of Apollo Informal Investments, shareholder in over 10 start ups and currently a non-executive director with several of these start ups. He has a Masters in Financial Business Economics and is a certified European Financial Analyst (EFFAS). In the past he worked as an equity analyst for a large Dutch Asset Manager.
